As far back as I can recall I had a fear of heights to the point where I could not approach the edge of open balconies, let alone look down over the edge, without experiencing anxiety. If I were in a tall building, looking down through a closed window would trigger similar unpleasant feelings. I have particularly vivid memories of the terrors I experienced when my father took me to the open observation deck on the 86th floor of the Empire State Building. As I got older the problem persisted.

I love to travel in the U.S and abroad. I often felt I was missing much by avoiding high places. A friend suggested that I see Dr. Jean Marie Malecki, a respected healer. After the initial consultation followed by 2 healing sessions the difference was very quickly evident.

The ultimate test for me was in Italy where on the Isle of Capri I was able to ride comfortably up Mount Solaris in an open chair lift, look down and thoroughly enjoy the magnificent scenery without fear.
